I would like to only permit a handful of users the permission to do so. Unfortunately all users need to be able to acknowledge an alarm. When I edited the "GLOBAL HOST/SERVICE COMMAND ACCESS" in the cgi.cfg I noticed that ack'ing an alert wasn't allowed along with disabling notifications and checks. Has anyone figured out how to grant permission for ack'ing an alarm but deny permission to change notification or checks? Any help is much appreciated!
