This error tell me that you've got no compiler installed on your system.

No GCC and no CC, so you may not be able to compile any source file.SORRY;
<BR>
So, if you want to make it works, YOU HAVE to installe compiler; linkers, and all required packages
<BR>

For example I've got:

gcc-2.96-112
<BR>
gcc-g77-2.96-112
<BR>
gcc-objc-2.96-112
<BR>
gcc-c++-2.96-112
<BR>
<BR>
this is just an example. I suggest you to have a look into the requirement of Nagios.
