<BR><FONT COLOR="#000000" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">I am setting up a network management solution for my organization. I want to be able to Monitor the Network Devices with Paging,Email capabilities if any device goes down.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT COLOR="#000000" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">At the same time , I want the Mangement application to be able to understand\translate SNMP traps using MIBs.</FONT>
</P>
<P><FONT COLOR="#000000" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Can Nagios understand SNMP Traps and correlate those with MIBs ?</FONT>
<BR><FONT COLOR="#000000" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Would I have to use OpenNMS for this purpose ?</FONT>
<BR><FONT COLOR="#000000" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Would I loose some valuable functionality if I go for OpenNMS and don't install Nagios ?</FONT>
<BR><FONT COLOR="#000000" SIZE=2 FACE="Arial">Would Nagios provide some additional useful features that OpenNMS doesn't have ?</FONT>
