font-family:Arial'>I am trying to check SMTP service running on Windows NT
4.0/Lotus Domino R5.0.10 through Nagios v 1.0b4 installed on Solaris 8 box. It
is giving me critical error message. It looks like that it is not getting any
response from SMTP server. But I am able to send/receive mail from that SMTP
server. Also I am able to connect it via telnet on port 25. What could be wrong
with my configuration? I have checked IP address and it is SMTP server’s
IP address.</span></font></p>
