Adding $SERVICENOTESURL$ to notification emails

It's $SERVICENOTESURL$.  You don't need enable_environment_macros. 

$NOTIFICATIONRECIPIENTS$ comes in handy too.

Do you have enable_environment_macros=1 ?  (Note that will have some performance impact).
