How to customize Nagiso alerts

Hi There,

I have a perl scrip for that generates warning and critical alerts based on
the condition given in the script.
What I want is that " Nagis should send the warning alerts only if the
condition exists for 1hr. No change is required for critical alert.

Can anyone please help me on this.
