Loosing NAGIOS_* env variables in 3.4.1

 Tx!  I explicitly needed  :

                  enable_environment_macros=1

In nagios.cfg when using 3.4.1 , to get my problem >resolved<. I wasn't
using this setting before (nor was it
set to 0).
