How can I change Nagios from email address ?

Hi All,

I'd like to change Nagios Email address. Now I am using
"admin at hostname-nagios.localhost" but many system doesn't accept this email
address. So I'd like to change to real e-mail address. I have searched in
the internet but I couldn't be success.

How can I do it ?
