Anyways thanks for the suggestions...... already looked on Google and I too LOVE it as you, but didn't find any plug-in that will exactly meet the requirements. Thanks. Please also assume that Google is quite reachable and people might have tried before coming here for some good suggestions and anyways not forcing any particular to answer me. I believed this is all users mailing list and not limited to some particular ones.

Almost certainly. I usually try google.com first when I'm looking for answers. It's really an amazing source of information that doesn't force anyone else to do my homework for me. You should try it some time too. I'm sure you'll absolutely LOVE it!!!

On a more serious note; Stop being such a lazy arse and start asking questions about specific problems you've encountered *while doing some work yourself* and you might actually get some useful answers.
