Error compiling Nagios 3 on CentOS 6.2 minimal

Using CentOS 6.2 (minimal)
Nagios-3.4.1.tar.gz
Running:

./configure --sysconfdir=/etc/nagios --localstatedir=/var/nagios
--with-command-group=nagcmd --enable-embedded-perl

Does anyone know what I might do to fix this? I haven't turned up anything
in google
