R: check_memory does not work properly

I do not know for sure but I would suggest those '%'s are causing issues,
try escaping them with a back slash.
They might even need dubble escaping eg '\\\%' as they are being passed
through levels of commands.
People tend to try and not pass-through special chars like that so it might
be simpler to just edit your check script to just use plain values instead
(./check_script -w 10 -c 5).
