Analyse data from multiple nagios instances

Dear all,

I have different nagios setup in multiple locations and they are
independently working fine. However i need each of these nagios instances
to send historical data of a particular host to a central server for
analysis and graphical representations. Does anyone know a plugin or
software i could use to achieve my goal?
