When I view the *Host Details, Hostgroup Overview, Hostgroup
Summary, Hostgroup Grid* pages:

"It appears as though you do not have permission to view information for any
of the hosts you requested...

If you believe this is an error, check the HTTP server authentication
requirements for accessing this CGI
and check the authorization options in your CGI configuration file." is
displayed

Where the following pages return: "There are no service groups defined."
Likely because I have not set any service or service groups yet (fresh
install)

*Servicegroup Overview, Servicegroup Summary, Servicegroup Grid*,

Status Map, page returns a "The requested URL /nagios/cgi-bin/statusmap.cgi
was not found on this server."

*3-D Status Map* works!

I am guessing this is due to permission not setup properly either at the
file level or within my Apache2 configs (my bet is on Apache).

I have also noticed that I am not being presented with a prompt to log into
the site even though I setup the "htpasswd.user/htpasswd.users" files.
