Solved. NAGIOS NRPE for Windows. Error: "CHECK_NRPE: Error - Could not complete SSL handshake. "

Thanks to those people who have assisted me.

I installed the NRPE package for Windows available in SourgeForge.net but
this package has not the nsc.ini which you mentioned in your e-mails. You
somehow pointed me to the right direction and when I installed the
NSClient++ everything started to work well. As far as I can see, the NRPE
client doesn't  have a specific document for the Windows installation and
always refer to the UNIX installation, although there is a Windows
installer.
