Thanks and configure SENDMAIL for sending mails to other domains

Thanks for all of you for helping me to configure Nagios.It's running well

            But, i need one more thing.I am thinking to configure sendmail
such way that if any service is down or warning , mail should be delivered
to some specific person stating the state of the service.For this i
need to configure
SENDMAIL first for sending mails to other domains can you help.
