monitoring bandwidth on Motorola Canopy SM using nagiosxi switch wizard

Hello All,
Has anyone used nagiosxi to monitor motorola canopy SM? I am trying to monitor 
the bandwidth usage of all my devices using the nagiosxi switch wizard. I can 
monitor graph the bandwidth for the cisco devices and PTP500 backhauls of the 
motorola Canopy devices but when I use the same wizard to monitor the SM lite 
and SM normal, the wizard is not able to scan the canopy device and determine 
the interfaces. When I try configuring manually, I get error that the mrtg file 
does exist. Can anybody help me out.
