a quick check on nagwin and nsclient++

Just open a thread at Nagwin forum at itefix.no. So I can try to help you
there. I think that nagios-users is not so appropriate for very
Nagwin-specific instructions. Please remember that Nagwin contains plain
Nagios on a completely different platform than *nixes and some
platform-specific issues had to be addressed in different ways.
