Check_http_Multipple_port

As far as I remember there are no options for this in the standard check_http plugin. You can create 2 checks (and maybe a third one that aggregates them and trigger the notifications), or use a wrapper plugin running the 2 checks and "merging" the results. Or you can use check_multi, but maybe it's too much for your needs.
