Monitoring scheduling

Dear List,

Is there a way to scheduling a control ?

I.e : I've a server there is down from 00:00 to 02:00 (for backup 
operation) but during this time interval I would not receive alarms... 
Because this is  "normal" down service...

Any idea ?
