Notifications problem?!?

Hi,

I have a nagios check that needs a special kind of notification.

The check runs 24/7 but there should only be notifications during business hours (8-18)  – so far no problem.

But the user wants to also get a notification at the start of the business hours if there was any problem noticed by the check during the non-notification time.

Is there an elegant solution of this problem in any of your minds?
