This means this host isn't allowed to connect to the NSClient++ agent.

By default "allowed_hosts" is set to 127.0.0.1 which effectively means
nothing can connect to the agent.

Edit the nsc.ini file and in the [settings] section and make sure the
"allowed_hosts" option is set to the IP address of your Nagios server
(and that it is not commented out with a ";") then restart the
NSClient++ service.

It's a good idea to read the documentation for all the options and
make sure you understand what they are for, as some of them affect
security and other are just useful to know about.

If you are trying to connect to the agent using a password, you might
need to set that up too (again see the documentation page).
