Okay, that's good.

Check the log file for NSClient++ to see if it is reporting any
errors.  If I recall, it is usually called "nsclient.log" or maybe
"nsc.log" and will be found in the directory where you installed
NSClient++, usually C:\Program Files\NSClient++\

If the Windows server is 64-bit and you are running a 64-bit version
of Windows, make sure you are running the version of NSClient++ which
is for 64-bit.
