OT: NagiosQL site problems

Hi every:
Sorry for this OT but someone needs to know this in order to fix the 
issue. Today I try to login in NagiosQL site 
(http://www.nagiosql.org/component/comprofiler/login.html) and with 
wrong user or password I can't say right now wich one I get this errors:
