NRPE: No output returned from plugin error

Have you tried those without double quotes?

If 'check_nrpe -H host' works, but 'check_nrpe -H host -c command'
doesn't, it's a problem with the plugin, pure and simple.  Be it path,
incorrect usage, bad arguments, whatever, it's complaining about the
execution of (or inability to execute) the plugin.
