NagiSQL created files

We have installed NagioSQL in an effort to make it easier for various
people to configure Nagios. It seeems to work well, but it has the anoying
habit of putting CR.LF at the end of each line in the files it generates.

Is there an easy way to stop this short of post procesing all the files it
generates?
