MACRO PROBLEM

Thanks for your reply, i know according to the matrix CONTACTEMAIL and CONTACTPAGER are disabled for Host/Service Event Handlers but I am talking about CONTACTGROUPMEMBERS. Or if you can help me any other way getting CONTACTEMAIL and CONTACTPAGER ? I hope you understand the problem that i need all this information to send to Netcool along with other Host or Service related information.
