Host/service escalation notification

Escalation levels are connected to the notification number, and
escalations can be kind of orthogonal. Do the Notification Number
($SERVICENOTIFICATIONNUMBER$ and/or $HOSTNOTIFICATIONNUMBER$) macros
the job?
