Possibility of service check rescheduling problem

Hello all.

I would like to confirm if there is such possibility that , whenever program restart occurs, service check
resume properly as it is stored in the state retention file. 

In this condition , following options are activated in nagios.cfg:

State retention option
State retention file
Retention update interval
Use retained program state
Use retained scheduling info

Any advice would be helpful.
