How do I change the address the mail is sent from for email notifications?

The way I did it was to change the name that Nagios runs under.
IIRC, it needs to be done in the password and group files, the init
script and in the nagios.cfg script.
Then remember to chfn and set the full name.
I changed my username from nagios to support and it seems to work well.
