service dependency problem - config check hangs

[root at omajelut01 SOURCES]# patch -p0 < nagios-patch

Hunk #1 succeeded at 5333 (offset 86 lines).
Hunk #3 succeeded at 5834 (offset 86 lines).

It compiled fine too.

I'm not a programmer and haven't spent any time in understanding
patching so I probably screwed up.
