When using a plugin that is not part of nagios-plugins, it is
_extremely_ helpful to include the URL where you downloaded the plugin
if you're unable to get help from the author. We can't guess which
check_url.pl you're trying to use.

Is that the exact error message? When testing from the command line,
are you doing so as the nagios user?

Shouldn't this be check_url.pl, based on your command-line test?
