Help with install

The error is not related to nagios but to the Apache web server .

By default Apache is using port 80 ( default HTTP) and tries to bind it .

The other software you are using (Ahsay Online Backup Manager) is using the HTTP port for it's own 
and hnce the Apache fails to start .

You need to configure one or ther other to use another port ( perosnally i'd change the Ahsay) , and 
then you can have the apache work on port 80 ( as the standard is ) , and you will be able to see 
the nagios web pages.
