host shows down but it is not

The definitions are pretty normal.

It looks like Nagios is using...

check_ping!200.0,20%!600.0,60%

and check_mk is using

/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_icmp $HOSTADDRESS$


...anyone know what the difference is here?
