Make sure you followed the quickstart guide for your OS, including issuing all the 'make ...' commands. Make sure that external commands are enabled in nagios.cfg. Restart nagios if you had to make any other changes.

Note: This is not an URGENT or ASAP kind of support system. If you need that level of support you should consider purchasing nagios support from someone who provides it or hire someone locally who can help you.
