default parameter for check_total_procs

Welcome back then ,

By default that check is an execution of check_procs with only the warning and critical thresholds , 
so it counts all processes running on your machine , 

The thresholds are configured in the nrpe.cfg on the remote machine .

To find out more run the check_procs with --help  .
