[nagios] Trigger alert via email

Nagios itself doesn't receive emails, but if you have control over the 
mail server in some form, you can make it work. For instance, if you 
have sendmail (or anything that can invoke procmail), you can use that 
to call a script, and the script in turn can send an external command to 
Nagios.
