That would be why -- there's no match for the trap you're receiving in
your SNMPTT configs.

Assuming you've got all the debugging turned on, I'd look in the handler
debug log to see what you're getting there, if anything, and make sure
it matches what's in your configs.

At this point you don't have a Nagios issue, you have an SNMPTT problem.
