service group based cgi access

Is there anyway to configure nagios so that particular servicegroup only
members of a particuar group can execute service command and host commands.
However anyone can view them.  I know there is the following to cgi
parameter but they are for global nagios access.

authorized_for_all_service_commands
authorized_for_all_host_commands
