"Connection refused" with check_tcp and derivates

Yes, sorry.
I made a mistake pasting the configuration in the e-mail composing window.
There is the correct $HOSTADDRESS$ definition in the configuration,
but it doesn't work.
Please note that both check_tcp and check_pop commands and services
does not work.
