trying to view comments shows process info

Under system, if I select comments, it shows process info instead.
Other items show fine, except this one.

 

For process info, the link is  /cgi-bin/extinfo.cgi?type=0

For comments, the link is  /cgi-bin/extinfo.cgi?type=3

 

Both links show process info.

 

Running 3.1.2 on CentOS 5.3
