start/stop services on remote windows box.

I use a script through NC_NEt passing in the name of the service to restart.
or if you already know the service name, a bat can be called to restart it
through NC_Net.

scripts can also be run through NRPE

Alternatively the Windows Service can be configurd to restart if it
unexpecedly stoped  through the service properties.
(Depending on the Host needs)
