Is there a good tool that someone is using or can suggest that can
provide below mentioned reports (or something closer)?

Report from 8/1/2009 to 8/25/2009

Host 1

            CPU Usage Min. Max. Avg.

            Memory Usage Min. Max. Avg.

            Disk Usage Min. Max. Avg.

Host 2

            CPU Usage Min. Max. Avg.

            Memory Usage Min. Max. Avg.

            Disk Usage Min. Max. Avg.

Preferably with graphs backing the above numbers. I already have those
checks configured.

Thanks,

Charan
