Can you be more specific about what you are doing?

First, you have to define a host.

Then define a service which runs on this host.

Then define command which is used to check if the host is up.

Then define command which is used to test the service.

Then restart nagios.

Your statement "my script does not work in Nagios" is so general that it
is impossible to tell what is wrong.
