Hi Patrick,

Yes, I have log_passive_checks=1 in my nagios.cfg.  I'll set it to 0 and let you know what happens.  Thanks for the help!

It's probably because it's a passive check. I'd bet log_passive_checks
is turned on in nagios.cfg.
