Changing the NRPE timeout

Hello Bo Lynch,

Usage: ./check_nrpe -H <host_address> [-p port] [-c command] [-to to_sec]

"-to"  in seconds for timeout.

I am monitoring some boxes over a slow connection and need to up the
CHECK_NRPE timeout from 10 sec to maybe 30. Where do I set this at.
