Problem disabling notifications - combined with 'Disable for Host Too'

Nagios 3.0.5 at Linux  2.6.9-22.ELsmp :
================================

 - I recently have the problem that the function 'Disabling
notifications for all services on this host'
   combined with flagging 'Disable for Host Too' is no longer working.
   This may have started after upgrading to Nagios 3.0.5 , but I am
not sure about the exact time frame
   I started having this problem.

   I can still do it in 2 steps : Disabling notifications for all
services  on a host, then  disable
                                         notifications for the host itself.


  But the combined  option is no longer working for me.

  What could be the cause of this ?
  Any remedies ?
