Nagios 3.0.5 not playing sounds in my Web browser? How to fix?

Hugo: I can open warning.wav in the Web browser by addressing it
directly, and the little quicktime plug-in comes up, if I click Play
button, it beeps the warning sound.

Marcus:  I've installed the nagios-plugin for Firefox, and I've
configured it, but my Web browser does not look any different... how
do I start  the plugin?
