Same service, multiple machines w/ individual notification

Also perhaps not the most efficient way to do it for a big
environment, but in my small environment I define each service on a
per host basis, and set the notfication in the service definition.
I've been doing what you want to do since day one with no issues at
all other than that it's a bit of an inefficient config file.
