Thanks Tom for quickly response . 

OS : SLES10 S390x ( running a zLinux machine ) 
net-snmp version : NET-SNMP version:  5.3.0.1
SELinux is not enabled 

The process name is correct there is another machine that is working . I
would like to know with there is any lib that are used that could not be
update . Could it be ?
