Add information in notification

Hi people,

 

I need to send the notifications with a comment, including information about the incident, instead only information about host or service...

 

I think to achieve this using event handler, with scripts that send e-mail containing that message, but I not able to do this, because the user could receive two e-mail, the first could be a notification and the second the "incident information", generated by the script.

 

Can I to add "environment variables" (like $HOSTALIAS$ or $HOSTSTATE$) in the Nagios, using to send the enhanced information?

 

(The attachment contains a example of the e-mail I need. The additional information should be below the "topic" Techinical Info).
